Above: Antique chinese panel, guilded on wood. The panel is dated approx 1860, and the wood has shrunk to leave a slight gap from the frame, exactly as an original panel would be expected to do. It is a gorgeous red laquer colour and the detail is extremely fine, featuring releif carved birds and flowers in one guilded carved wood fielded panel which is set into a frame. Very rare. Size 22" wide x 26.75" high.On Hold.

Above. Four different rare antique hand made Arts & Crafts copper frames dating from circa 1900-1910. All have easel backs, again all are hand made. One back has been replaced. Not noticeable from the front, and this is to be expected with items of this age. Solid copper repousse frames in the manner of John Pearson, with steel backs . Top two frames A and B are slightly larger than the lower two.
