As a customer of ARTISAN, you can choose from hundreds of traditional colours and textures of glass sourced from around the world, all offered with experienced advice from skilled trained professsionals. ARTISAN has been a Sale Town centre shop for over ten years, and our experience covers 22 years in designing and making stained glass. We are a company you can trust. Skilled fitters are also arranged, for a complete service.

At Artisan, www.genuinestainedglass.com we both design and make genuine stained glass windows using the traditional techniques and skills. Although we can make any style of window, we specialise in Victorian and Edwardian and Arts & Crafts leaded glass, with over 22 years experience in both design and manufacture of genuine leaded windows, matching colours and patterns to existing panels or designing from new. Clients include The National Trust, Trafford Council, BBC television, ITV, Sale Library. Our work was recently shown and named on ITV's 60 minute makeover.

Artisan's unique designs blend in with the period and style of a building, and our aim is for a window to look like an original feature in any property. We design and also restore hand painted and fired stained glass windows for church clients, as well as full traditional entrance ways, windows and door panels for domestic customers. Examples of our hand painted and kiln-fired glass can be found in churches and secular buildings in England and also continental Europe. The glass and lead we use to make our windows is 100% recyclable! Artisan is based in Sale town centre, Cheshire, M33 next to the Town Hall, opposite the Library.

Also new stock of antique lighting in the form of original Victorian hall lanterns have now arrived. Get one while you can as our collection took years to find and they can probably only increase in value as they grow harder to find. All are guaranteed original and most date from circa 1890.
